Tested by us We have been here ourselves.
The restaurant of Marina Punat, rebuilt in 2023 on two floors: a casual sea terrace downstairs and a quieter dining room upstairs over the yachts. Charcoal-grilled fish, handmade pasta and natural wines. Gault&Millau 2026 rates it 13/20 (chef Rene Polonijo) and Falstaff 2025 gives it 87 points.
Our tips
- Easy to reach by boat: it is inside the marina.
- Order the homemade spaghetti with shrimp and porcini, finished in a wheel of cheese: a dish for two.
- Ask for a table upstairs, where the dining room and its terrace look over Punat bay and the yachts.
- The menu names dishes in the local dialect: ask the staff to explain them and what is on the charcoal grill.
- With children, sit near the lounge on the terrace: a fenced playground is right beside it.
- Breakfast is served from 08:00, handy before a day on a boat from the marina.
