Our tips
- Book the long tasting menu with wine pairing; sommelier Petar Krnčević leans local.
- À la carte is for hotel guests only; outside guests take a tasting menu.
- Look out for signature touches like the acorn brioche with honey and sea salt.
- Ask for one of the four front-row tables when you book: they have the best view over the Kvarner Gulf.
- Allow about 1.5 hours for 'The Island' and at least 2.5 hours for 'The Bridge'.
- Vegetarians get a separate tasting menu, but only if it is requested when booking.
- With children, high chairs are available and the kitchen can make simple dishes such as homemade šurlice.
Good to know
- The whole table orders the same tasting menu, and the dishes are not announced in advance.
- Menus can be adapted for gluten-free, dairy-free or pescatarian needs with notice, but there is no vegan menu and the kitchen cannot cater for coeliac disease.
