You arrive in Vrbnik as the light turns gold. Below:
the old town, the sea, the Adriatic stretching west.
This is your view. Not from a terrace — from every window.
Villa Manatis is the most architecturally considered property in Vrbnik — clean geometry, full-height glazing, and materials chosen for warmth as much as precision. Three en-suite bedrooms on the upper floor each open onto a panoramic balcony. Below them, a living area designed for the kind of evenings that make a week feel like a month.
The heated 12-metre pool stretches across the garden with a shallow lounging area at one end. Adjacent, the glass-fronted pool house contains a Finnish sauna — through its wall, the pool and Vrbnik beyond. Below the pool, a private sand court: volleyball, bocce, barefoot afternoons. The only one of its kind on Krk island.

Very beautiful, modern villa with a wonderful pool area and a wonderful view of the sea and town (even from the bed). We really enjoyed the luxury in a quiet location, close to great bays and towns.

Benjamin and his family commissioned one of Croatia's most prominent architecture studios to design Villa Manatis — then oversaw every detail personally: the choice of materials, the furniture from their workshop in Austria, the placement of each element to frame the sea view precisely. When you write to us, you reach the family. When something matters, we are there.

The rate includes the heated 12m infinity pool, glass-fronted pool house sauna, sand court, professional table tennis table, outdoor kitchen and BBQ, welcome basket with local Žlahtina wine, housekeeping on request, final cleaning, water and electricity, high-speed Wi-Fi, and private parking. The sand court is a private, levelled surface filled with fine sand below the pool terrace. Guests use it for beach volleyball, bocce, or simply barefoot lounging. It is the only facility of this kind at any villa on Krk island — and one of the things guests mention most in reviews. No equipment hire needed: net and balls are provided.
Adjacent to the 12m heated pool, the pool house is a dedicated structure with a Finnish sauna behind a full glass wall that faces the pool and the sea. You can see the water from inside the sauna. It is available year-round and is included in the rental price with no extra charge.
Minimum stay is 7 nights in peak season (July–August). Shorter stays of 3–5 nights are often possible in shoulder season (April–June, September–October) — write to us to check availability.
The Adriatic is about 300m as the crow flies. On foot the path takes around 500m (roughly 7 minutes). The hidden pebble beach tucked below Vrbnik old town is around 800m on foot — well worth the walk.
