The rate includes the 12m infinity pool, barrel sauna (electric), whirlpool, outdoor gym, Vespa scooter (fuelled, helmets included), welcome basket with local wine, housekeeping on request, final cleaning, water & electricity, high-speed Wi-Fi, private parking for 3 cars, and EV charging. Tourist tax (€2/person/night) is paid locally.
Minimum stay is 7 nights in peak season (July–August). Shorter stays of 3–5 nights are often possible in shoulder season (April–June, September–October) — write to us to check availability.
The Adriatic is about 300m as the crow flies. On foot the path takes around 500m (roughly 7 minutes). The hidden pebble beach tucked below Vrbnik old town is around 800m on foot — well worth the walk.
Yes. The flex room can sleep 1 teenager or 2 young children (high bed). Baby cot and high chair are available on request at no extra charge. The pool has a shallow entry area. The Vespa scooter is for adults only.
Pets are not permitted at Villa Moana. If you are travelling with a dog, our neighbouring Villa Manatis does accommodate well-behaved pets on request — mention it when you enquire and we will check availability for you.

Yes — Villa Moana has a genuine barrel sauna made from cedar, set among the ancient olive trees in the garden. It uses electric heating and reaches temperature within 30 minutes. The sauna is included in the rental price with no extra charge. For an after-sauna cool-down, the 12m pool is steps away.
Yes — an outdoor whirlpool (jacuzzi) with an unobstructed view of Vrbnik's illuminated medieval old town. It is best experienced at dusk or after dark when the old town's tower lights up over the Adriatic. The whirlpool is included in the rental price.
Villa Moana has 3 en-suite bedrooms plus a flex room (loft bed, ideal for a teenager or solo traveller), totalling 4 bathrooms and capacity for up to 7 guests. The master bedroom has floor-to-ceiling sea-view windows. The flex room has a private courtyard-level entrance.
Private parking for 3 cars is included in the rental price. An EV charging point is also available at no extra charge.
