Villa Marim was built on a natural rock formation in the quiet bay of Stara Baška — extending directly over the Adriatic. From every single room, the view is the same: open sea. No buildings, no roads, no interruption. Below the terrace, steps lead to a sheltered rocky cove where the water is crystal, calm and, in practice, entirely yours.

A top-class holiday. The villa is stylish, practical, and furnished with real attention to detail. The generous terrace with pool is incredible. Outdoors you have everything you could wish for — from the outdoor kitchen to the sauna. The lounge area between the sea and the villa is something else. The exclusive access to the sea with fine pebble beach and boat mooring complete the picture of a perfect holiday destination. The owners are very friendly and attentive to every wish. Delivers everything it promises. We are definitely coming back next year.
The views from every window are impossible. Sea, sea, sea. We spent mornings on the rock with coffee, afternoons in the pool, evenings at the outdoor kitchen watching the stars. The family was always reachable and always genuine. We will be back.
A beautiful house on the coast in Stara Baška, very quiet location. We enjoyed this week immensely — we lacked nothing. In this house you feel like you are alone on the island. Direct access to the shore was a decisive factor for us. A week goes by far too quickly — we will gladly return. A very, very recommendable house.

Villa Marim was the beginning. Benjamin and his family built it themselves — choosing every stone, every beam, every fixture. The furniture came from their own workshop in Austria. Tourist tax (€2/person/night) is paid locally.
Villa Marim is built directly on a natural rock formation with private access to the rocky shore and sheltered cove below. The experience is entirely private — no other guests, no crowds, just the Adriatic and your group. As with all Croatian coastline, the sea itself is technically public, but the villa's position gives it the feel and function of a private seaside estate.
Yes. Steps from the terrace lead straight down to a sheltered rocky cove — you are in the water within seconds. The Adriatic here is crystal clear and calm. A Stand-Up Paddleboard is included for exploring the bay.
Minimum stay is 7 nights in peak season (July–August). Shorter stays of 3–5 nights are often possible in shoulder season (April–June, September–October) — write to us to check availability.
Yes, particularly for families who love the sea. Children can swim in the pool or in the sheltered rocky cove. Baby cot and high chair are available on request at no extra charge. Please supervise young children near the rocky shore. The villa accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Pets are not permitted at Villa Marim. If you are travelling with a dog, our neighbouring Villa Manatis does accommodate well-behaved pets on request — mention it when you enquire and we will check availability for you.
Check-in from 17:00. Check-out by 10:00. Arrivals after 22:00 may incur a late-arrival surcharge — please let us know your arrival time in advance so we can welcome you properly.
The infinity pool at Villa Marim is cantilevered directly above the sea rock — a rectangular pool whose horizon edge appears to dissolve into the Adriatic. From the water you cannot see where the pool ends and the sea begins. The pool can be heated on request. A separate outdoor jacuzzi sits on the lower terrace, also facing the open sea.
Villa Marim has a dedicated SPA area with a Finnish sauna and an outdoor jacuzzi, both positioned to face the sea and the private rocky shore. The sauna is included in the rental price and available throughout your stay. In-villa massage can be arranged on request through our concierge.
Villa Marim has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and sea views. The master suite on the upper floor has floor-to-ceiling windows facing the open Adriatic — you can fall asleep and wake to the sound and sight of the sea without leaving bed.
Private parking for 5 cars is included in the rental price, accessed via Villa Marim's private entrance road. No street parking is required — there is ample space for guests and any day visitors. An EV charging point can be arranged on request.
If the seafront is Villa Marim's soul, the ancient olive grove is Villa Moana's. Directly next door, Villa Manatis brings a 12-metre pool, unique sand court, and sauna. Both in the wine village of Vrbnik — together they sleep up to 14 guests. One enquiry books all three.
