The water here is the colour of something you don't have a word for.
An island that was never built for tourists. It was built for people who live well.
Three villas. Every experience on Krk. All yours.

Kvarner Bay shelters Krk from the open Adriatic, keeping the sea warmer and calmer than anywhere else on the Croatian coast. Pine forests tumble to the shore. Olive groves older than memory line the inland valleys. The Žlahtina grape grows here and nowhere else on earth. This is not a tourist island — it is the island that Croatians have kept for themselves, for generations.

On the Water
The Adriatic is yours to explore.
01
Boat Charter & Sailing
Skippered sailboat, motor yacht, or day boat — your choice. A captain who knows every unmarked cove. Island-hop to Cres, Lošinj, or Prvić. Anchor in crystalline water. Stay as long as you want.
02
Jet Ski
Skimming the flat Kvarner surface at speed. Equipment, safety briefing, and transport arranged from your villa door.
03
Scuba Diving
Posidonia meadows, octopus, and walls of colour. Guided dives for all levels depart from Stara Baška.
04
Wakeboarding
Krk's cable park is one of the best in the Adriatic. Or go behind a boat in the quiet morning bay — before anyone else is awake.
05
Stand Up Paddling
Glide over water so clear you can count the stones beneath you. One board included with every villa — paddle straight from the shore into the open Adriatic.
Food & Wine
The island sets the table.
01
Žlahtina. 1177 AD. Still pouring.
The indigenous white grape that grows only on Krk has been pressed in the hillside cellars of Vrbnik since the Middle Ages. Sit with a Katunar family winemaker and taste the harvest — dry, mineral, impossibly fresh. Walk back to your villa along the vineyard wall.
02
Truffle pasta. Fresh catch. The olive oil is yours.
Krk lamb is slow-roasted on embers. The pasta is hand-rolled and finished with truffles from the Istrian interior, two hours away. Fish comes off the boat that morning. And the olive oil? Pressed from the trees that grow three metres from your villa terrace.
03
The tables worth finding.
Three restaurants we send every guest to without hesitation.
Restaurant Nada — Vrbnik
One of Croatia's finest seafood tables. Order the grilled dentex and whatever local wine the sommelier opens that day. The terrace hangs directly above the sea — reserve the corner table. Booking essential in July and August.
Volsonis — Krk Town
A stone-vaulted cellar inside the Roman city walls. No tourist menus, just honest Croatian cooking: lamb peka, hand-rolled pasta with truffles, a wine list that could take an hour to read. In summer, the secret garden opens — live music, great cocktails, and one of the most atmospheric spots on the island. Go on a weeknight and stay late.
Olive Garden — above Punat
Hidden on the hillside above Punat bay. Simple, direct, perfect: grilled fish pulled from the bay that morning, house Žlahtina, an olive oil that tastes like the tree it came from. The terrace view alone is worth the drive.

Wellness
The morning you do nothing but breathe.
Three villas, three different ways to exhale. The barrel sauna at Moana faces the sea. The spa suite at Marim is built into the rock. And sometimes the best therapy is simply floating in water warm enough to fall asleep in.

Location
You are at the centre of all of this.
Three villas placed exactly where Krk island is most alive — between the wild beaches, the medieval wine villages, and the open sea.
Most guests don't realise until they've booked: Krk is connected to the Croatian mainland by a bridge — no ferry, no schedule, no waiting. You drive across. That changes everything, especially if you are arriving by car from Austria, Germany, or Slovenia.
Rijeka Airport is 30–45 minutes from the villas. It has direct summer flights from Vienna, Munich, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Zürich, and London. Zagreb Airport is 2.5 hours and serves year-round routes from most of Europe. If you prefer to drive, you are looking at 5 hours from Vienna and 6 from Munich — straight down the motorway, over the bridge, and you are here.
The one thing worth doing: arrange a private transfer from the airport. Arriving with luggage after a flight, and then navigating a new island by rental car in July, is a poor start to a holiday. We arrange transfers from all three airports. Your driver knows exactly where you are going.
